Check the volcanic rock or coal of a gas grill every year. If they are covered with food and grease, they are all replaced. Dirty volcanic rock can bring bad taste to barbecue food.
If you have a stainless steel grill NET, do not use irritating rough surfaces to clean, as it can be easily scratched. Use a mild cleaning product designed specifically for stainless steel.
Stainless steel is also discolored in high temperatures. This is ordinary wear and tear, can not be avoided, but do not overheat the test net, try to avoid this phenomenon.
Do not automatically clean any part of the electric grill in the oven, because the material of the electric grill is unlikely to withstand high temperatures.

Caution with fire. Do not use petrol or kerosene to fire. These are not suitable (or safe) replacements for the oil.
