Barbecue Introduction

Barbecue (grill,barbecue[1]), probably the most primitive way of cooking, is to heat and dry the air with fuel, and to place food in hot dry air in a place closer to the heat source to heat the food. Generally speaking, the barbecue is on the fire general food (mostly meat, seafood, vegetables) cooking to edible; modern society, because there are a variety of fire way, barbecue way also gradually diversified, develop all kinds of barbecue stoves, barbecue racks, barbecue sauce and so on.


Barbecue itself has become a kind of party entertainment or business. Both inChinaand throughout Asia,Americaand Europe, barbecues are usually small to family, big to school collective activities and a group of corporate activities organized by some companies.
